Liviu Tudor, founder and President of RABO, has more than 25 years of business entrepreneurship experience, out of which 20 years in the commercial property and real-estate field.
Liviu Tudor founded Genesis Property, a company that owns Novo Park and West Gate Business District, two class-A business parks in Bucharest Romania, accommodating over fifteen thousand professionals, from multinational companies such as: HP, Accenture, Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, Citi, Ericsson, Garanti BBVA, Infineon, Luxoft, Sodexo, Siemens, Alpha Bank and many others. The two business parks, with a rentable surface of more than 150,000 square meters, are located in the North and the West of Bucharest.
During his 25 years of entrepreneurial career, Liviu Tudor founded the Romanian Association of Building Owners (RABO), of which he is currently president and was appointed President of the European Property Federation, based in Brussels, Europe’s leading organization of owners, investor and developers of real estate assets, with a total value of over 1,500 billion euro.
Mr. Tudor is a Member in the Trilateral Commission, a global platform for open dialogue, with the aim of finding solutions to the great geopolitical, economic and social challenges of our time. In 2013, he was appointed Secretary General of the Romanian Association for the Club of Rome (ARCoR), an organization created to address the multiple crises facing humanity and the planet. He is also a Member of YPO, the global leadership community of chief executives driven by the shared belief that the world needs better leaders.
Liviu Tudor graduated from the Polytechnics Institute of Bucharest, holding a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Mr. Tudor has also attended London Business School and has a PhD in Management at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
