Proposal for a Directive on Energy Efficiency

The primary amendments proposed by EPF:

  • Energy audits should be performed once every 6 years instead of 3 years, in order to ensure coordination with the renovation cycle of buildings (Amendment to Art. 7)
  • Subject the smart metering requirements to technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness safeguards (Amendment to Art. 8(1)

RABO Academy, in collaboration with the British Institute of Facilities Management, launch the first educational program in Romania dedicated to Facilities Management

Bucharest, October 5, 2011 – Starting November, RABO Academy launches the first educational program in Romania dedicated to Facilities Management (FM). The courses are crafted in collaboration with the most prestigious FM institute in Europe, the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). The course provides access to leading edge thinking and skilled practitioner experience in line with RABO Academy’s commitment to providing high quality education for professionals involved in FM. RABO aims to certify the FM profession with the Ministry of Labor in Romania.
