About the course:

Being able to work effectively with others is a vital part of delivering a high-quality FM service. In today’s complex business environment, managers must be able to harness the skills and capabilities of a broad range of service partners, including the organisation’s internal team and external specialist providers. As supply chains become more complicated this can be a major challenge for Facilities Managers.

Course content:

Drawing on the ISO standards framework on Collaborative Business Relationships introduced in 2017 (ISO 44001) this 1-day course will provide attendees with a practical framework for improving working relationships across the range of FM services. Specifically it will explore the benefits of building a collaborative culture and how to manage different kinds of relationships effectively in order to avoid problems in service delivery.
