• Scheduling / controlling maintenance works.

Personal Profile

Steve Gladwin is a Director of Nodus Solutions Limited a privately owned Facility Management company based in the UK providing FM and Support Services Consultancy advice to a broad range of clients ranging from large multi-national listed entities to public sector bodies.

Actively involved in promoting and developing the FM industry, Steve is a regular guest speaker at conferences and has spoken at events around the world. He is also a trainer for BIFM Training, running courses on Asset and Maintenance Management, Collaborative Contracting, Contract Management, Change Management, Procurement, FM Strategy, Commercial Awareness and Performance Management.

Steve is Chairman of the British Institute of Facilities Management Excellence Awards as well as Chair of the BIFM International Special Interest Group.

Initially qualified as a Building Services Engineer, he is a Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University (Masters in FM Degree course) and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New South Wales (Australian Graduate School of Management).

He is a past Chairman of the Facilities Management Association, Australia and Global FM, a worldwide federation of national and international FM associations.
